Abstract
A female patient, aged 54, was admitted due to anorexia, vomiting, loss of weight and severe neuropsychiatric disturbances which were found to be due to Addison's disease. The patient responded immediately to the usual treatment and the neuropsychiatric disturbances disappeared completely. The importance of neuropsychiatric complaints in Addison's disease is stressed.
