A 3-month-old infant with a nasopharyngeal teratoma is described. The tumor was easily dissected and completely removed. The only symptom was dysphagia. It is therefore important to include this tumor in the differential diagnosis of dysphagia in infants, before dyspnea appears and when the tumor is still easily removed.
