note = "Funding Information: A 67-year-old woman presented with a swelling of the left parotid gland. She first noted the swelling 6 months previously, which since has gradually increased in size. Past medical history included hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, arterial hypertension, and chronic atrial fibrillation. Clinical examination revealed a nontender enlargement of the left parotid gland. The overlying skin was normal in appearance and freely mobile.
