Abstract
Two cases of multiple lymphomatous polyposis of the gastrointestinal tract are presented. Both patients showed a leukemic peripheral blood picture at some stage of their disease. Steatorrhea was the presenting clinical symptom. A satisfactory therapeutic result was achieved with prednisone and chlorambucil. Individual cases of this disorder should not be arbitrarily classified as either leukemia or lymphosarcoma, since cases with intermediate features are encountered.
