N2 - Cardiac papillary fibroelastoma is a rare cardiac tumor and occurs mainly on cardiac valves. The incidence of multiple lesions is exceedingly rare and is about 7% of all reported cases. Careful echocardiographic evaluation of the patient before operation is of high importance as the there is no recurrence after surgical excision. We present the first case of a patient with multiple aortic valve papillary fibroelastomas diagnosed before operation. The patient underwent surgical removal of the 3 masses that were confirmed as cardiac papillary fibroelastomas by pathologic examination. There was no evidence of aortic insufficiency after operation.
