Abstract
A patient with Marfan's syndrome with an abdominal aortic fusiform and dissecting aneurysm, which was successfully treated surgically, is reported. Six years previously she had an aortic valve replacement and resection of an aneurysm of the ascending aorta. Currenty a third aneurysm of the descending thoracic aorta is being observed.
