Mima polymorpha bacteremia (Hebrew)

Two children, aged 2 and 3 yr, with acute M. polymorpha bacteremia are described. In one of them there was evidence of meningitis. The fulminant clinical picture was suggestive of meningococcemia. After rapid treatment with broad spectrum antibiotics, there was good recovery without complications.
