Abstract
Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome is an uncommon disorder of uncertain etiology. Different therapeutic regimens have been attempted but with limited success. We report a 24-year-old woman with recurrent facial and lip swelling, lingua plicata, and peripheral facial-nerve palsy who benefited from a short course of high-dose IV methylprednisolone.
