One of the well known echocardiographic signs of aortic regurgitation is diastolic flutter of the mitral valve leaflets. Recently a few cases with other diseases have been found to have mitral valve flutter. A patient with patent ductus arteriosus, dextrocardia and conduction system disease who showed mitral valve flutter without aortic regurgitation is presented.
