Abstract

Postblepharoplasty dry eye can be quite troublesome to the patient. Preoperative evaluation is critical. If dry eye develops after surgery, many supportive measures are available to help repair the patient’s tear film. Identifying the specific layer of the tear film which is symptomatic can help guide treatment.
