Abstract
We describe a case of a malignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH) arising in a scar. Previous reports have described this tumour associated with radiation, bone infarcts, foreign body reaction and in previous surgery sites. The present case emphasizes the correlation between chronic reparative reactions with external irritation and the appearance of this tumor.
