Abstract

From the Mössbauer spectrum obtained with MnSb(129Tem) source in an external field and a Cu129I absorber an E2/M1 mixing ratio δ=-0.045±0.014 is derived for the 27.7 keV transition in 129I. From spectra with and without field a 27.7 keV to ground state magnetic dipole moment ratio ρ{variant}=1.0687±0.0011 is deduced.
