Abstract

Aspiration of leguminous vegetables can cause a granulomatous pneumonitis known as lentil aspiration pneumonia that manifests on radiologic studies with small, poorly defined nodular opacities. We report two cases of lentil aspiration pneumonia that manifested with nodules up to 1.0 cm in diameter on radiographs and CT, simulating metastases.
