Abstract

We present a case in which the evaluation of a bladder mass revealed a leiomyosarcoma of the bladder. The ultrasonographic appearance of this tumor is described for the first time. Leiomyosarcoma of the bladder, although rare, should be considered in the differential diagnosis of pelvic masses.
