Abstract
The different Israeli-Arabic wars, Kippour in 1973, Lebanon in 1982 have provided an experimental field for different aspects of post-traumatic stress reactions. From this point of view, the author describes three intervention levels: first at a preventive level by use of a mental health commission, second at the hospital level in order to assume immediate treatment of direct or indirect psychological disorders, third on the operations centers or victim evacuation centers.
