Abstract
Our first 15 cases of intraocular lens implantation are described. Elderly patients whose vision in the better eye was relatively good, were selected. The Binkhorst iridocapsular lens was used, and accordingly, extracapsular extraction was performed. The operations and postoperative courses were uneventful, and good vision was obtained in all patients.
