We report a case of Hodgkin's disease which presented as cholestatic jaundice with no evidence of malignant infiltration of the liver. In a review of the literature, ten similar cases have been described. We wish to emphasize cholestatic jaundice as an initial manifestation of Hodgkin's disease.
