Interruption of a severe hydrocephalic pregnancy

Abstract

A new method of interruption of severe hydrocephalic pregnancy is described. Combined use of per-abdomen encephalocentesis, followed by intraamniotic injection of hypertonic urea solution, successfully terminated a 34-week pregnancy.
