Interaction-induced localization of self-defocusing discrete solitons

Abstract

Tilted beams, propagating in the self-defocusing regime of a waveguide array, away from a soliton, are shown to refocus due to the nonlinear interaction, emerging in intermediate sites as function of the relative phase.
