Abstract

This candid statement of the objectives of Israeli planners appears in the opening remarks to the 1972 Gaza Strip and Northern Sinai (GSNS) Master Plan, a government planning document devised and published by a team of professional Israeli architects and planners that lays the foundations for an Israeli policy of rehabilitating the Palestinian refugees in the Gaza strip.
