Immigrants and natives: The effects of supervisor support and job control on changes in vigor

Abstract

We investigated the longitudinal effects of job control and supervisor support on change in vigor levels, in a matched sample of 470 Israeli immigrants and non-immigrants. Job control was related to change in vigor in both groups, while supervisor support was related to change in vigor only among immigrants.
