Abstract

A high activity of the enzyme gamma‐glutamyl transferase was found in normal human seminal fluid and in fluid obtained by prostatic massage. Decreased values of seminal gamma‐glutamyl transferase activity were found in patients with prostatitis or decreased prostatic function of undetermined origin.
