Abstract
The problem of static output-feedback control of linear systems with measurement delay is considered. This paper extends the results of [1] that have been derived for the case with zero delay. The obtained results can thus be most applicable in problems of process control where, given the structure of a proportional integral derivative controller, it is required to find the controller gains that will achieve a prescribed performance in spite of a delay that is usually encountered within the measurement.
