N2 - It is known that the presence of actuators leads to the deterioration of sliding modes with chattering appearance. It is shown in the paper that the higher the order r of the homogeneous sliding mode the less sensitive it is to fast stable actuators. In particular, with the actuator time constant μ ≪ 1 the sliding variable magnitude is proportional to μr.
