Abstract
A case of granulomatous hepatitis has been studied angiographically. A gross patchy pattern of increased vascularization, prominent in the arterial phase, denser in the parenchymatous phase and persistent throughout the venous phase was present. Similar features might be present in micro liver abscesses or other diffuse infectious processes, which have to be considered in the differential diagnosis.
