abstract = "We simulate the generation of sub-picosecond pulses with dynamically evolving polarization state using time-varying epsilon-near-zero metasurface. The instantaneous polarization of such pulses can evolve and return to the original state. This evolution includes linear, elliptical, and circular polarizations, spanning controllable traces on the Poincar{\'e} sphere.",
