Abstract

A case of generalized granuloma annulare is described in a patient with Hodgkin's disease 3 weeks after autologous hone marrow transplantation (BMT). This is, to our knowledge, the first report of generalized granuloma annulare post-BMT. Immunological pathogenesis is suggested and the association with delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction is discussed.
