Abstract
Aberrant pancreatic tissue in the gallbladder was found at cholecystectomy for gallstones. The clinical presentation was identical to that of cholecystitis and cholelithiasis. The clinical implications of this condition, incidence and complications are discussed in the light of a review of the literature.
