N2 - The use of Ga-67 scintigraphy in Hodgkin's disease is well documented. Ga-67 uptake in the pleura has been described in cases of bacterial infection, tuberculosis, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, thoracic sarcoidosis, and mesothelioma. We report an unusual case of a patient with fever of unknown origin and a history of low-grade lymphoma in which Ga-67 SPECT showed pleural uptake caused by isolated Hodgkin's disease.
