N2 - We present herein the case of a 16‐yr‐old girl with fulminant Wilsonian hepatitis. Complications included renal tubular damage, hemolysis, marked hypocomplementemia and hypergammaglobulinemia, spontaneous bacterial peritonitis, and Candida sepsis. The difficulties in diagnosis and treatment are discussed.
