Flipping interferometry and quantitative spatial phase signatures of cancer cells

Abstract

We used new interferometric phase microscopy methods to automatically classify healthy and cancer cells by using their spatial morphological data, and found high statistical significance in the difference between healthy, cancer and metastatic cells.
