Abstract

The doping and temperature dependences of the Hall coefficient and resistivity in the normal state were analyzed for electron doped cuperate Pr 2-xCe xCuO 4-δ. These dependencies showed quantum phase transitions (QPT) in the electron-doped cuperate. The Hall coefficient at low temperatures shows a kink near x=0.165 resulting in a change in the Fermi surface near that doping. The measurement results confirm the magnetic behavior of QPT in n-doped cuperate.
