Abstract

Possible complications during colposuspension for urinary stress incontinence are inadvertent injury to the bladder or ureters. Surprisingly, endoscopic control during the procedure was never described. We suggest that routine use of cystoscopy during colposuspension for the early diagnosis of complications and immediate repair.
