Abstract

Tunable laser two-photon ionization of large van der Waals molecules, combined with time-of-flight mass spectroscopy. was applied to the identification of the electronic origin and of some low vibrational excitations of the S0 - S1 electronic transition of fluorene·Ar1, fluorene·Ar2 and fluorene·Kr1 produced in supersonic expansions.
