Abstract

High-resolution inelastic electron-scattering cross sections from Pb207 have been measured in the range of momentum transfer 0.37 fm-1<~q<~2.30 fm-1. Form factors have been extracted for low-lying neutron hole states and some one-particle, two-hole states. Models for the induced charge of the neutron are compared with the data.
