N2 - We couple free electrons to optical cavity modes of a chip-based high-Q silicon nitride microresonator and observe single-particle correlations. Mode-specific cathodoluminescence is spatially mapped, and coincidence-gated electron imaging enables a two-orders of magnitude contrast enhancement.
