N2 - We considered the excitation of nanoan-tenna based on the one-dimensional quantum dot (QD) chain by the Rabi wavepackets moving throuth the potential barrier or potential well. The theoretical investigation based on the general concept of Rabi-waves and scattering model of quantum transport. Results presented here show a unique ability of antenna characteristics control and, partially, electrical scanning by the radiation pattern in terahertz frequency range.
