Edge Emitting 1stOrder DFB Lasers from Metal-Halide Perovskite by Nanoimprint Lithography

Abstract

1st order distributed feedback lasers from solution processable perovskite are realized for the first time. The threshold for these lasers varies with the excitation angle. The directional emitting capability of the 1st order lasers at the edge renders them excellent candidate for integrated optics.
