Dissipative magneto-optic solitons

Abstract

Dissipative magneto-optic spatial solitons are investigated using a cubic-quintic optical nonlinearity, coupled to a loss-gain balance, and a pumped optical cavity. It is shown how the magnetic field creates a highly desirable control option.
