Abstract

The existence and the stability of two-dimensional discrete vector solitons in several models of nonlinear optical waveguide arrays was explored. The vector interactions in these systems were described by two coupled discrete nonlinear Schrodinger equations. The impact of cross-phase modulation (XPM), as well as of linear coupling, on the two vector components were considered.
