Abstract
Continuous infusion of coagulation factors is becoming increasingly popular, and is mirrored by the accelerating rate of publications on this topic. However, several questions remain, particularly regarding efficacy. For this purpose, well designed trials are required. Some guidelines for such trials are presented here.
