N2 - We experimentally demonstrate STWPs in fiber by synthesizing various spatial modes onto frequency comb lines. Fiber STWPs are tailored to: (a) dynamically rotate/translate with a 4.8-ps period, and (b) have a tunable group velocity of 10.05, 0.88, and -3.24×108 m/s.
