Abstract

A Dalitz-plot analysis of the Cabibbo-favored decay D⁺ → K^- π⁺ π⁺ using data from Fermilab experiment was presented. The experiment was based on the Fermilab E791 sample of 2×10¹⁰ events produced from interactions of a 500 GeV/c π^- beam with five thin target foils. Results provided informations on the scalar sector in hadron spectroscopy.
