Cutaneous involvement in erythroleukemia. Report of a case

A rapidly necrotizing skin infiltrate appeared simultaneously with a fatal basic crisis in a patient with chronic erythroleukemia. Local X ray irradiation and systemic cytotoxic, antibiotic and corticosteroid treatment were of no avail.
