N2 - A review is given of the various crystallization morphologies in metal-insulator mixtures. Granular structures have high threshold values while random ones obey the rule of Sher and Zallen. Annealing of amorphous mixtures leads to a number of new, diffusion limited, morphologies, including a "dense branching morphology" colony and a metal, single crystal, DLA like structure growing in the amorphous matrix.
