Crystal-vacuum superlattice as a high-quality X-ray resonator

A theory of high-quality X-ray eigenmodes in a crystal-vacuum superlattice is developed. We show that the superlattice can be used for X-rays as a resonator with the Q-factor ∼ 1010.
