Abstract

The inequality on line 8 of page 826 is stated in the wrong direction (Formula presented.) Consequently, the multiplicative constant cδ that appears in Theorem 1 should be (Formula presented.) and the multiplicative constant κ in condition (1.4) should be (Formula presented.)
