Abstract
Few reports have suggested that nulliparous young patients with endometrial cancer may be treated conservatively to preserve fertility. We present a young nulliparous woman with a well differentiated adenocarcinoma of the endometrium treated with progestins. Since she did not respond, a definite operation was performed revealing involvement of the uterine isthmus, thus necessitating adjuvant radiotherapy. Copyright (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd.
