N2 - The set-based concept approach has been suggested as a means to simultaneously explore different design spaces at both the conceptual and the particular design levels. The type of exploration problem, which is dealt with here, aims to reveal the approximated concepts' fronts, within a Pareto relaxation zone. Based on a resolution-relaxation approach, a unique concept-based evolutionary algorithm has recently been suggested to tackle this problem. Here, we suggest a modification to that algorithm, which aims to provide an adaptive mechanism to distribute the computational resources among the evolved concepts under a given run-Time limitation.
