Abstract

A method of fabricating complete dentures in children using individually carved teeth according to the vertical dimension of occlusion and centric relation is described. This method is preferred to stock teeth and can help to achieve good function and esthetic appearance. If the other factors are satisfactory, the adaptation is easy and fast.
